August 2009
- Added attacks which will be built on in order to expand the game.
- Details for ships being bought are now condensed into a tool tip to allow player to not see a cluttered space when viewing specs for ships.
- Took away Spies and Scouts since there will be no ultimate function for them in the game.
- Updated battle logs to take up less space on the database.
- Ships can only carry away the amount of resources their cargo holds allow at the rate of 1000 credits and 10 resources per cargo hold.
- Fighters sent are now limited to the amount of fighter bays a ship has.

- New fleet ships added for Donators: A Super Carrier & Capitol Ship
- When a registrant creates a new account they automatically get the fighters for their fleet.
- Added an anti-bot feature to registration, in order to keep bots from registering and wasting database space.
June 2009
- Added an activation system, for registering accounts, all players will need to activate their accounts via email.
- Added the forgot password system, so that players can request a change of password
- Fixed a bug where new registrations were not gaining 5 mines per type.
- Buildings now cost 10 units to build

Added a new ship system that has ships with stats. Fighters are no longer able to jump to a location, without the escort of a carrying ship class.
- Cylon - +15% attack weapons & fighter capacity
- Colonial - +15% speed & defensive weapons
- Osi - +15% hull & Speed
- Now, when you upgrade your planet, you also upgrade your planets Unit Production at a rate of 10 per level.
- The size of the galaxy has been increased by four times its original size.
- Cylons no longer create Food from Farms, they build Power Plants to gain Energy.
